This past Saturday Joe and I attended a very intimate wedding for some friends. Cocktails and appetizers were served before the ceremony, and the bride and groom actually socialized with us guests in the bar. The quick ceremony took place outside on the front steps of the venue; The Riverdale Inn. The Inn was built in 1901 as a large, privately owned mansion on the St. Johns River and now serves as a Bed & Breakfast to locals sneaking away for the night, or visitors from out of town. After the ceremony we had a private dinner in the dining room which allowed us all to casually chat and celebrate. It was a great evening and another wonderful chance for Joe & I to sneak away on a date.
