I have a confession. I am the idiot blogger that spent an entire night in Sweet Pete's Candy Store (think Willie Wonka factory) and didn't get any outfit photos. I was so excited to finally be visiting this famous place (which we're lucky enough to have so close) that I literally became "that kid" in the candy store.
For those of you that watch "The Profit" on CNBC, this is the Sweet Pete's that was featured on the show and went from making $400K a year to $4 million. It's truly amazing what they've done to this building and company. First we ate dinner at Candy Apple Cafe which is inside the factory, and I ordered the croque madame. Yeah...it was as good as it sounds. Then after dinner we walked around the three story factory salivating over all the ridiculously delicious treats...and spent collectively over $60 on sweets. OMG!

So, since the only photo I got of my "get-up" is the one above, here is a style board for what I wore. In all honesty, I am over summer...I am ready for jeans, blousy sweaters and booties. In the meantime I will have to continue to wear shorts, tees & dresses, BUT that doesn't mean I can't start adding my fall accessories like these new sunnies (I die for them), handbag & jewels. The good news about summer though...end of summer sales! These awesome scalloped shorts are currently $18! Holla! Click link here.
