When I was asked by Hallmark to share my "signature style" to help introduce their Hallmark Signature collection I of course jumped at the opportunity. However, I got to thinking about what my "signature style" is and was completely overwhelmed. Is it classy, modern, feminine, edgy (definitely not), and so on...? I love leopard...but that's not a style. Neither is all black or all white. I was stuck. I had the hardest time thinking of what my signature style was. Then this past weekend while off celebrating our Anniversary it hit me that my style isn't a look...it's a feeling. I always look and feel best when I'm happy and surrounded by love. A true, pure smile is fueled only by honest, happy emotions...and since I have a terrible poker face...I can only be "in style" when I'm truly happy. This past weekend was a true testament to my "signature style"...even though I missed my son terribly, it was so nice to spend 48 uninterrupted hours with my husband and re-charge our batteries.
We stayed at The Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and had some of the most luxurious accommodations ever. Our room looked out over the Atlantic Ocean and was decorated in tranquil blues...just the site of the room took the tension out of my shoulders - haha. The bed was more comfortable than mine (le sigh) and I didn't take that white robe off the entire time I was there. Peace makes you reflective and it was nice to sit with my thoughts for awhile. The "Do What you Love" notebook was perfect for me to jot some thoughts down in about life, the blog, and the future. And this "Smile" card was a perfect way to say Thank you to my in-laws for taking such good care of W while we were off relaxing. These cards were the perfect way to say what I was feeling all the while feeling happy & content myself. They are inspiring, reflective, and...well, true to your "signature style."
NOW IT'S TIME FOR THE LINK-UP & to meet my co-host:

"I'm Cherie. A stylist, mother of four, crazy about dogs and a life-long collector of one-of-a-kind, vintage items. I love mixing vintage pieces with current items. I recently opened my own Vintage Shop on Style Nudge, with more great items to come this fall! http://style-nudge-vintage- boutique.myshopify.com
Since childhood I have loved to style everything and anything around me. I've come to realize that I see the world through 'style-colored' glasses. Style is not about how much you spend, wearing the latest trends or looking too perfectly put together. Great style is all about the 'mix'. Clothes are just clothes, it's what you do with them that equals fabulous style. And, most importantly, style is AGELESS. I want to encourage women to try new ideas, play with their clothes, find their own style and to take style risks. All you need sometimes is a little 'Nudge'."
