Swoozie's Grand Opening

Hi Friends!

How are you!? How was your weekend!? So I don't know if you're a loyal reader that checks in daily or if you just stop by when you see that I have a new post, however you might have noticed I was completely MIA last week.  I wish I have some awesome story or excuse to give you but the truth is that between work, being pregnant, and running after a toddler...all I wanted to do was lay on the couch. And honestly, I don't feel bad or sorry about it.  So, sorry not sorry! But you have to give it to me a little though because the week before that I posted every day that week...which is amazing for me! And this week I promise to have some good stuff.

With that being said, today I wanted to catch you up on last week's Grand Opening of Swoozie's.  What an amazing event! I think over 150 people showed up and shopped their butts off.  At one point I clocked the wait time to check out, and it was upwards of 30+ minutes. Not only was the store decorated beautifully (DUH! Swoozie's in known for their perfect event planning), but it was also catered by some really yummy stores & restaurants in the community; Alley Cakes (I would seriously pay $10 for just one of their champagne vanilla cake pops) & BlackFinn. The champagne was flowing and people were all too eager to spend their money on all the ridiculously cute things in the store.  I was particularly obsessed with all the Holiday stuff.  I am hosting Thanksgiving this year (you can start saying your prayers for me now) and at least one or two events during the Christmas season...so I wanted it all.  Seriously though; check out these links here and here!
